If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website within 3 days of the delivery date. Your item might be qualified for refund. In this case the refund will reflect at your eWallet/reward point.
Please note that a few items are not qualified for arrival if the item is "Never again required".
For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please note that we may negotiate with the seller on behalf of customer. But the warranty is fully covered by seller and ebhubon Ltd. isn’t liable for any kind of issue regarding warranty or refund. For brand warranty, please refer to the Brand website.
For gadget related issues after use or the lapse of the arrival window, we will allude you to the brand guarantee focus (if relevant).
Please note that you should keep and be able to provide proper documentations and proof about your return/refund claim (i.e. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.).
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
In case of product supply or any major issue of related companies or manufacturers, we can take 60 working days to deliver or refund your product or payment that paid.
